Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate the successful delivery of software and digital projects across our clients organizations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. You’ll be part of dynamic projects where every day brings new challenges, collaboration opportunities, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource planning
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and product owners
• Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and blockers
• Facilitate the use of Agile methodology, status meetings, and stakeholder communication
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery
• Track timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
• Maintain clear project documentation, reporting, and communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and team collaboration
• Leverage AI technologies to improve project planning, reporting, resource management, and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing software or IT projects
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field will be considered as an advantage
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile/Scrum
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience working with project management and collaboration tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within international teams
