• Manage and resolve customer order issues with professionalism and urgency.
• Handle **FedEx and other carrier claims **, ensuring accurate tracking and resolution.
• Utilize Zendesk, BigCommerce, SellerCloud, and ShipStation to manage tickets and order processing.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in e-commerce customer support, preferably in a remote setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear, ** neutral or polished English accent **.
