We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower.

Responsibilities

Your role as an Email Marketing Specialistwill involve:

• Daily email marketing, coordination, creation, and execution of campaigns

• Daily work with data management systems, technical platforms, AI tools

• Analysis and optimization of email campaign performance (statistics, reports, etc.)

• Coordination with sales, recruitment, and marketing teams to ensure that email campaigns for events and programs are communicated effectively worldwide.

• Solid knowledge about best practices of email and GDPR compliance

• Email marketing projects as needed, including redesigning HTML templates, email channel/industry improvements & updates, creative & design improvements, etc.

• Occasional coordination with agencies for creative and technical projects

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in email marketing, working with some of these tools: Hubspot, Marketo, Mapp, Adobe Campaign or CRM Dynamics

• Hands on experience with HTML code, layout, and tools

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft tools

• Comfortable editing and revising content (in both English and Spanish) for email marketing purposes

• Experience with creative tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite tools, etc.

• Knowledge in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Google Analytics, etc.

• Native or bilingual level English

• Bilingual or professional proficiency Spanish

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field
