ECAD Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Problem Resolution: Analyze and solve complex electrical engineering challenges using a variety of technologies and best practices,. Design, support, and test moderate to high complexity hardware boards and circuits..

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage electrical engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards, even when faced with conflicting design requirements and difficult coordination requirements..

• CrossFunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with multiple teams and subject matter experts to integrate and optimize electrical systems across projects, provides estimates and task schedules, conducts design reviews.

• Mentorship and Support: Provide guidance and serve as a technical resource for junior engineers and team members.

• Industry Knowledge Management: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive differentiators to inform engineering strategies and decisionmaking.

• 4 Year Bachelors BS degree AND 4+ years equivalent experience
