EDI Enrollment Specialist

You will manage the enrollment process for Claims, ERA, and Eligibility transactions, working directly with clients, payers, and clearinghouses across the full enrollment lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Manage Claims, ERA, and Eligibility enrollments from submission through approval

• Give clients step-by-step guidance on required forms and setup

• Serve as the primary contact for enrollment-related client questions

• Coordinate between clients, payers, and clearinghouses to resolve issues and delays

• Monitor enrollment statuses and keep documentation current across systems

• Chase down pending or rejected enrollments and escalate when needed

• Educate clients on payer requirements and timelines

• Track evolving payer and clearinghouse requirements

• Deliver proactive enrollment updates to stakeholders

• Improve how we manage enrollments as we scale

What we're looking for

• Proven experience with Claims, ERA, and Eligibility enrollments through healthcare clearinghouses

• Familiarity with Availity

• Strong communication skills for turning complex payer requirements into clear client guidance

• Exceptional organization across many concurrent requests

• A proactive, problem-solving, ownership mentality

• Comfort collaborating across clients, payers, clearinghouses, and internal teams

• Meticulous attention to detail

• Adaptability as requirements change

• 2+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, or EDI enrollment preferred
