Job Overview:
Join our team as an EDI Specialist and help ensure seamless data flow and operational excellence for our logistics partners. In this role, you’ll play a key part in updating, monitoring, and troubleshooting electronic data interchange (EDI) for shipments integrated with customer TMS platforms.



Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Monitor and follow up on all shipments requiring EDI updates.
  • Ensure correct use of status codes and clarify missing or incomplete information.
  • Maintain high-performance metrics on customer scorecards.
  • Support the launch of new customer accounts with EDI requirements.
  • Act as a first point of contact for TMS-related inquiries.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Minimum 1 year of logistics and administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational and Excel skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities.
  • A proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
