Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Estimated annual base pay: $105,000(minimum) - $137,000(midpoint) - $168,000(maximum)

Key Responsibilities:
- EHS Policy Development: Create and implement environment, health, and safety policies to ensure regulatory compliance and organizational standards.
- Team Leadership: Manage and oversee the EHS team, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to achieve departmental objectives.
- Risk Management: Conduct and oversee EHS risk assessments, identify potential hazards, and develop strategies to mitigate safety and environmental risks.
- Compliance Monitoring: Perform regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to EHS regulations, internal policies, and industry’s best practices.
- Training Coordination: Develop and deliver comprehensive EHS training programs to enhance employee awareness, compliance, and safety practices.

- Training Development: Expertise in designing and delivering EHS training programs to enhance employee awareness and compliance.
- Operational Planning: Skilled in adapting departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
- Data Analysis: Proficient in analyzing EHS data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and inform decision-making.
- Effective Communication: Excellent ability to convey EHS policies, procedures, and initiatives clearly to all organizational levels.
This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
