- Lead and coordinate all Electrical, Instrumentation & Control (EIC) activities for turnkey or consortium partner projects.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal/external stakeholders on all EIC-related topics.
- Ensure engineering deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Identify technical, commercial, and schedule risks, and proactively drive mitigation actions with engineering teams and suppliers.
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team across multiple locations.
- Drive procurement activities, including supplier selection, technical bid evaluation, and contract scope reviews.
- Oversee engineering documentation, project schedules, budgets, and construction-related deliverables.
- Support project execution by ensuring compliance with contractual, operational, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong technical background in industrial electrical and control systems with solid process and product knowledge.
- Several years of experience working in multidisciplinary project environments.
- Experience managing suppliers and procuring complex systems.
- Strong problem-solving, interface management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a collaborative team spirit.
- Experience with Root Cause Analysis methodologies and engineering problem-solving techniques.
- Ability to develop conceptual solutions, guidelines, and technical standards.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; German is an advantage.
- Good presentation and MS Office skills; experience with document management systems is beneficial.
- Construction or commissioning experience is considered an advantage.
