1.E- Key Account Management and deliver business result

•Collect platform marketing and category insights, integrate resources to strengthen the RC brand, and boost sales conversion

•Lead strategy portfolio growth, ensuring alignment with company strategies and budget constraints.

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with maochao platform partners

•Design comprehensive business plans to improve traffic conversion, customer loyalty, and RC brand users growth.

2.Budget & Investment Optimization

•Execute TP investment plans, ensuring budget compliance and maximizing ROI

•Track promotional spending and ROI through financial reports, collaborating with finance teams for data-driven adjustments.

3.Consumer Education & Data-Driven Insights

•Leverage online resources to accelerate content dissemination and enhance consumer education

• Analyze operational data to refine platform strategies, improve business operations, and drive decision-making

Requirements:

1. Education & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 3+ years in EC/FMCG key account management (Ali platform experience preferred).

- Proven success in managing platforms and executing JBP plans.

2. Key Competencies

- Business Acumen: Ability to integrate resources, design joint business plans, and drive sales growth.

- Financial Literacy: Budget control, P&L management, and ROI optimization.

- Crossfunctional Leadership: Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align priorities.

- Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced environments, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality results.
