Bateman are recruiting Electrical Assmbler to join their friendly team to maintain the high standards we are renowned for. We design, manufacture and maintain self-propelled Bateman Crop Sprayers to the highest standard at our factory in North Devon.

We are based near Chulmleigh, where all of the components of our sprayers are made and assembled – we are 100% ‘Made in Devon’. We work with leading farmers in the United Kingdom and abroad.

• Possess the correct attitude and aptitude for assembling our custom build cab.
• Are self-starting, motivated and able to manage your time well.
• Are reliable and understand the importance of detail
• Want to learn new skills and get job satisfaction. All our welders receive in house training.
• Can be an effective team member and also work alone.
