What You'll Do:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair residential electrical systems, including wiring, outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, circuit breakers, panels, and related components
• Diagnose electrical issues and provide safe, effective solutions that meet code requirements
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical codes, and specifications to ensure accurate and compliant installations
• Perform service calls and emergency repairs in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain compliance with all safety regulations, industry standards, and company procedures
• Accurately document work performed using ServiceTitan software
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and solutions clearly with homeowners
• Recommend products and services that improve electrical performance, safety, and customer satisfaction

What You'll Bring:

• 2+ years of residential electrical experience
• Electrical sales experience is a strong plus
• A customer-first mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality service
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
• Professional appearance and pride in your workmanship
• Ability to lift equipment and work in various indoor and outdoor environments
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
