Dubak Electrical Group LLC is growing and seeking an experiencedElectrical Project Managerto join ourNational Projects Team. This role offers the opportunity to manage diverse electrical construction projects across industries and locations nationwide.

Role Overview:

As an Electrical Project Manager, you will oversee thefull project lifecycle— from business development and estimating through execution and closeout. You’ll serve as thesingle point of accountabilityfor project delivery, ensuring scope, cost, and schedule goals are met while maintaining client satisfaction and safety standards.

The typical project values range from$250K to $4.5MMin the heavy commercial and light industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage electrical construction projects frompre-construction through closeout
• Lead budgeting, scheduling, change management, and cost tracking
• Oversee subcontractors, labor resources, and field supervision
• Coordinate multi-trade installation methods (electrical, mechanical, civil, structural)
• Ensure compliance withsafety, quality, and contractual requirements
• Maintain strong client relationships and pursue new business opportunities
• Prepare and delivertechnical documents, proposals, and presentations
• Provide value engineering analysis to optimize cost and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Proven experience inindustrial/commercial electrical project management
• Expertise in electrical systems + general knowledge of mechanical, civil, and structural work
• Proficiency withMS Project, Word, Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, includingtechnical writing
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Self-motivated with strongleadership and time managementskills
• Willingness to travel to project sites at a minimumevery other week
