After Training, You Will Know How to:
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems in residential homes.
- Recommend products and services: Recommending the best products and services to enhance safety that adds value.
- Operate tools to inspect, repair, and maintain electrical systems.
- Communicate professionally with clients, demonstrate integrity and respect, and identify opportunities to improve their electrical systems.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and sales skills—you're comfortable recommending services to meet client needs.
- Customer service oriented with an ability to foster trust and long-term client relationships.
- Ability to understand and follow directions, be punctual, and work with a high degree of integrity.
- Must be eligible to obtain a Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) license through the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) once hired. Please see Fingerprinting, Disclosure, and Background Review - CSLB for more information.

Work Environment:
Work in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
