Position: Commercial Electrician

Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings, including wiring, lighting, power distribution, and control systems.
• Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify electrical malfunctions or areas for improvement.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive measures to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of electrical systems.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to understand project requirements and provide efficient electrical solutions.
• Adhere to local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Electrician, with a strong understanding of commercial electrical systems and components.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose electrical issues accurately.
• Thorough knowledge of electrical codes, safety practices, and regulations.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet project deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with contractors and team members.
• Ability to read blueprints, run conduit, wire and terminate devices
• Valid SC driver’s license with a clean driving record
