Electrician

ROLE SUMMARY

This position is responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing electrical equipment and systems.

Responsible for/ensure:

• Safe and efficient execution of maintenance and repair activities.
• All drills and checks are conducted as required.
• All applicable reports and logs as required by direct supervisor are maintained.
• Any other matters as deemed necessary by Company Management.
• Operational preparedness of all safety and emergency equipment.
• Ensuring that all relevant equipment is maintained, and maintenance is recorded.
• Maintaining sufficient stock of spare parts and materials as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably a bachelor's degree: Hight school degree, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Technology from an accredited technical school, trade school or college desirable or any equivalent.
• Years of experience: 3 years’ experience in oil drilling related industry preferable 2 years on the position.

• Computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as a team player.
• Fluent English desirable.
• As per company training directives.
