Pay: Starting at $34.20/hour
Shift Premium: Additional $0.85/hour for off-shift work
Schedule: Multiple shifts available, including 12-hour A/B shifts

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technicians to join a manufacturing team supporting the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both electrical and mechanical maintenance, with experience troubleshooting industrial equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and minimizing equipment downtime. Experience with robotics and automated manufacturing equipment is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment and production machinery
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maintain equipment reliability
  • Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
  • Troubleshoot motors, sensors, controls, conveyors, and other industrial equipment
  • Assist with troubleshooting and maintaining automated and robotic equipment
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment documentation
  • Use electrical testing equipment and hand/power tools to diagnose and repair equipment
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and production downtime in a timely manner
  • Identify recurring equipment issues and recommend corrective actions
  • Complete maintenance documentation and work orders
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
  • Work closely with production and other maintenance team members to keep equipment operating efficiently
  • Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives
  • Help train and mentor less-experienced maintenance employees and apprentices

Qualifications

  • Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience performing preventive maintenance on industrial equipment
  • Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
  • Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics preferred
  • PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus
  • Robotics or automated equipment experience is a plus
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work the assigned shift and overtime/weekends as required
