Responsibilities

We are looking for an Electronics Engineer with experience in electronic design to contribute to the development and implementation of hardware solutions for training and simulation systems projects.

• Design, analyze, and modify electronic schematics using OrCAD.
• Select electronic components and verify their suitability according to project requirements.
• Participate in the assembly, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and validation of electronic prototypes and assemblies.
• Identify implementation issues and propose effective corrective solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and coordinate the work of technicians involved in assembly, wiring, and implementation, ensuring proper understanding of schematics and compliance with technical documentation.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, bill of materials (BOMs), implementation instructions, and test reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate and validate developed solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in electronic circuit design and schematic development and interpretation.
• Practical experience using OrCAD for schematic design.
• Strong knowledge of both analog and digital electronics.
• Hands-on experience in measurement, testing, and troubleshooting, including the use of oscilloscopes, multimeters, and laboratory power supplies.
• Ability to follow a solution through the entire lifecycle, from schematic design to implementation and functional validation.
• Ability to provide clear technical instructions and review the quality of work performed by technicians.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a structured approach to solving technical challenges.

Desired skills

• Experience in PCB design and use of OrCAD PCB Designer.
• Experience integrating electronic modules into complex systems.
