Are you an electronics hardware engineer passionate about automotive technology and sustainable mobility? Join a dynamic engineering team developing next-generation powertrain control systems, ranging from hybrid engine controls to fully electric powertrains, electric drive units, and inverters.

In this role, you will take end-to-end responsibility for electronic control units (ECUs), driving hardware development from concept through industrialization, series production, and lifecycle management.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

✅ Own ECU hardware design, technical requirements, and lifecycle management.

✅ Lead hardware development and industrialization from concept and supplier selection to validated series production.

✅ Ensure compliance with automotive standards, technical requirements, and development processes.

✅ Identify and resolve hardware challenges involving EMC, electrical loads, interfaces, and PCB pin functionality.

✅ Collaborate with software engineers, system architects, and specialists in functional safety, cybersecurity, and EMC.

✅ Ensure effective hardware-software integration and appropriate ECU network topology.

✅ Act as the technical lead and primary contact for suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

✔️ Master’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

✔️ Several years of experience in electronics hardware development, preferably within the automotive industry.

✔️ Proven experience taking automotive ECUs from development through industrialization and production.

✔️ Strong knowledge of ECU development, PCB functionality, EMC, electrical loads, and hardware interfaces.

✔️ Good understanding of hardware-software interaction, system integration, and ECU network topology.

✔️ Excellent technical problem-solving, coordination, and ownership skills.

✔️ Proficiency in English and Swedish.

⭐ Experience from major automotive organizations or comparable automotive environments is an advantage.
