ELEVATOR OPERATOR

Duties include but not limited to:

- Invoice analysis - Curing of vendor submitted invoices, documents, issue a certificate of acceptance
- Forward to field Supervisor of Elevator Mechanic for final review/amendments which confirms what work was and was not performed.
- Vendor outreach - email correspondence, phone communication
- Data storage - uploading invoices (share drive, spread sheets, Amended invoice tracker) physical copying & filing.
