1, Ensure the engineering of competitive products from QGC0 to QGC5, Provide technical support for product industrialization, to regional series production, Continue improvement on RPP and quality. 2, Local technical window towards customer, for requirement engineering, product release, engineering change release, product deviation release and so on. 3, Local technical window to platform development team / expert network, for application boundary condition check, expert release, risk assessment on deviations, IPN cross release, quality complaint, and so on. 4, Target business planning, execution and follow up for EM‑IB 5, Ensuring competitiveness through reliable delivery, customer services, cost competitiveness, stable product quality 6, Definition of release strategy for product industrialization (in coordination with internal customer, platform, and NE) 7, Local for global solution to enable continuous improvement on global products 8, Apply Bosch Engineering System from design to industrialization 9, Competent and capable deliver to reliable series production 10, Continuous innovating to contribute the business growth

Qualifications

Majority in mechatronic engineering, or motor engineering, or vehicle engineering. Communication in English smoothly in reading, writing, speaking. Ambitious to drive cross function team to launch solutions to enable business success
