Role Summary

Defines the embedded electronics and firmware architecture for the smart catheter device including sensor interfaces, power management and wireless communication.

 

Key Responsibilities

- Define embedded hardware and firmware architecture

- Select MCU/SoC platforms suitable for medical devices

- Define BLE/NFC communication architecture

- Architect sensor acquisition and signal processing systems

- Design power management and battery strategies

- Ensure compliance with IEC 62304 software lifecycle standards

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

B.E / B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering / ECE / EEE

Experience :

10–15 years embedded systems development, preferably with medical or regulated devices.

- Embedded architecture design

- BLE/NFC wireless protocols

- Analog sensor interfacing

- Low?power system design
