We are seeking an experienced Embedded Talent Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering on embedded projects, working closely with our end clients to understand their growth plans, fulfil their hiring needs, and make a genuine impact.

Key Responsibilities:

🚀 Be a key part of Strativ while embedding within one of our clients as a dedicated Talent Acquisition function until project completion

🚀 Fulfill hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions to end clients

🚀 Managing the end-to-end candidate process, from briefing and sourcing through to offer negotiations.

🚀 Build and manage key stakeholder relationships with end clients.

Requirements:

🚀 Previous experience of working in a TA, Delivery/RPO or 360 role.

🚀 Experience recruiting into one of the following sectors is preferred: Aerospace & Defence, Aviation, Hardware/Software Engineering, R&D, Renewables, Battery, Electronics, Manufacturing.
