EMV Support and Implementation

SecureID Limited is a smart card manufacturing and personalisation bureau with expertise in the deployment and integration of digital solutions. Historically, we are positioned as the first commercially operated smart card manufacturing plant in sub-Saharan Africa with the ability to manufacture Polycarbonate Cards amongst other card types.

· First level troubleshooting and resolution of personalization and other production issues.

· Implementation/deployment of existing script for the same chip type

· Ensure to carry out a successful PVT Test on every pilot/test card

· Promptly process, raise, and send of pilot data to production within 96hours of file receipt.

· Escalation of issues to (Card Data Operations Supervisor or Team Lead, EMV Development) for second level support if issues cannot be resolved within 60 minutes of request. ..This is to be done on a 24 hours /7 days basis.

Qualifications

HND, BSc in Computer Science or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years in Application support, implementation, and management role.

Additional Information

• Familiarity with Windows Office Suite (Above average knowledge of MS EXCEL and MS WORD).
• Excellent knowledge of WINDOWS OS and accessories.
• Knowledge of computer usage proficiency and either of Python or C#, SQL, and good knowledge of XML is an added advantage.
