Engagement Associate

We're building the default AI for M&A. Inven helps the world's top dealmakers (private equity firms, investment banks, tier-1 consultancies, and VC funds) map the private market. We're looking for a Engagement Associate with a interest in IB, PE, VC, or M&A advisory to join our team.

The role

You'll work directly with PE firms, investment banks, and corporate development teams to help them get the most out of Inven. You'll own our most strategic accounts, build relationships with deal professionals, and identify opportunities to expand usage and drive upsells. This is a hands-on role where you'll wear many hats.

• Account management: Own our most strategic key accounts, manage renewals, and proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities.

• Driving engagement: You work as an advisor helping customers through onboarding, support, and data-driven insights.

• Closing the loop: Turn customer feedback into product improvements and help clients reach their goals.

Who we're looking for

• Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience in management consulting, private equity or investment banking = you know how to talk to our clients because you used to be one

• Ownership mindset: you take initiative and drive results without waiting for direction

• A genuine customer-first approach: empathetic, entrepreneurial, and good at building trust

• Flexibility to work across global time zones

• Strong written and verbal communication in English and another additional language

• A master level university degree in business or a related field with a good track record
