Engagement Manager (10 Months Contract) -On-site Makkah, Saudi Arabia - Octopus

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of a high-impact client engagement in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will serve as the primary client contact, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple workstreams, driving project governance, and delivering successful outcomes in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for the client and own the day-to-day project delivery.
• Lead and coordinate delivery across three parallel workstreams, including third-party partner-managed streams and a core software delivery workstream.
• Develop and manage the overall project delivery plan, ensuring milestones and timelines are met.
• Facilitate governance meetings, project status updates, and executive progress reporting.
• Track actions, dependencies, risks, and issues, escalating where appropriate.
• Ensure alignment between client expectations, delivery teams, partner outputs, and project objectives.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships and maintain clear communication throughout the engagement.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Engagement Management, Program Management, Project Management, or Management Consulting.
• Proven experience managing complex, client-facing projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project planning, coordination, governance, risk management, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Experience working with software delivery teams and third-party vendors is highly preferred.
