Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Establish and improve equipment condition and technology.

• Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.

• Establish and modify equipment management projects.

• Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.

• Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials.

• Abnormal analysis and improvement.

• Leverage AI-enabled tools and data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency, accelerate problem-solving, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Demonstrated skill in enhancing tool functionality and lowering operational expenses
• Proficient abilities in initiating and adjusting process management initiatives
• Proficiency in configuring machine parameters for semiconductor equipment
• Demonstrated expertise in evaluating, promoting, and planning new equipment/materials
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and capability to conduct root cause analysis
• Capability to effectively carry out extended inquiries into defect problems
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
