Engineering Assistant - Test Production Support Engineering (m/f/d)

• Investigating failures related to test systems, test programs, fixtures, and Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs).
• Providing technical analysis support including Test program debugging, PCBA and fixture schematic analysis, Test specification review, and Test coverage analysis.
• Design, develop, and implement In-Circuit Test (ICT) and Functional Test solutions for electronic assemblies.
• Develop customizable software solutions.
• Analyze test data to identify trends, root causes of failures, and opportunities for improvement.
• Continuously improving test processes to enhance efficiency, reliability, and product quality.
• Performing preventive maintenance on test fixtures and test systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Participating in shift-based production support activities as required.

Qualifications

• Engineering Diploma in Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Strong understanding of electronic circuits, schematics Interpretation, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++/C#, Python, Visual Basic.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
• Willingness to work on a shift basis to support production operations.
