Build the engineering backbone of Asia's healthcare infrastructure.

Cielo is working with one of Asia's largest healthcare services groups to build a new engineering team in Kuala Lumpur.

We're hiring full-stack engineers across a range of levels, from hands-on feature builders to principal engineers. You'd be joining early, with real influence over how the team and its standards take shape, working on the digital commerce and supply-chain platforms that serve our markets. Ours is an environment where strong in-house engineering works alongside outsourced delivery partners, so managing and integrating third-party development is a core part of how we build.

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

• Strong full-stack engineers working in Golang and React / Next.js
• Solid foundations in PostgreSQL, with production experience across Redis, Elasticsearch and microservices
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, Docker and Google Cloud, plus CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code
• Experience managing outsourced or vendor delivery, from reviewing requirements through to integration (at senior levels)
• Fluency with modern development tooling and practices
• At senior levels, the judgement to set architectural standards and own delivery across multiple workstreams

We want engineers who own outcomes end to end, work confidently across the stack, and raise the quality bar around them. On-site in our Kuala Lumpur hub, with hybrid flexibility.
