ServiceChannel is looking for an experienced Software Engineer and technical leader to help guide a globally distributed team building and evolving our SaaS platform.
This role is ideal for someone with deep .NET and React experience who enjoys solving complex technical problems, mentoring engineers, influencing architecture, and helping teams do their best work. This role will be 50% engineering and 50% team management.
You’ll focus on:
- Leading, coaching and developing engineers
- Driving technical strategy and modernization
- Building scalable solutions with .NET, React, APIs and cloud technologies
- Improving delivery, CI/CD, reliability and engineering practices
Advancing the responsible use of AI across engineering
What you’ll bring:
- Significant hands-on software engineering experience
- Strong C#/.NET and React/TypeScript expertise
- SaaS and scalable architecture experience
- Technical leadership, mentoring or engineering management experience
- A desire to lead both technology and people
