As Engineering Manager, you'll lead the engineering team responsible for building and scaling the product. You'll combine people leadership, technical decision-making, and close collaboration with Product and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful customer outcomes.

What you'll do:

Team leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers;

• Foster collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning;

• Provide regular feedback, performance reviews, and career development;

• Hire exceptional engineering talent.

Technical leadership:

• Guide architectural and technical decisions;

• Partner with senior engineers to build a secure, scalable, and maintainable product;

• Balance feature delivery with technical debt and service reliability;

• Promote engineering best practices and high code quality.

Product & delivery:

• Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to define priorities and roadmap;

• Translate business needs into engineering initiatives and communicate trade-offs;

• Drive planning, prioritization, execution, and continuous process improvement;

• Ensure the team delivers secure, reliable, and high-quality software.

About you:

We're looking for a technical leader who enjoys building products as much as building teams.

You have:

• A strong software engineering background with experience building production systems;

• The technical depth to contribute to architecture and technical decisions;

• Experience leading engineering teams in a product environment;

• A track record of hiring, mentoring, and growing engineers;

• Experience working cross-functionally with Product Managers and stakeholders;

• The ability to balance technical excellence with pragmatic delivery;

• Strong communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset.

Bonus points:

• Experience building B2B SaaS products;

• Experience in cybersecurity, privacy, or data protection;

• Experience scaling engineering teams or distributed systems.
