Engineering Team Leader- 4 on 4 Off

As Engineering Team Leader- 4 on 4 Off, you will help support the reliability and performance of production operations, contributing to the smooth running of equipment and the wider success of the engineering function. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and making a direct impact on operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults to minimise production downtime.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems used in production machinery.
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
• Availability to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
