St George Private Hospital is a 276-bed facility. The hospital is one of Australia’s most modern private hospitals – with a strong surgical expertise in cardiac, orthopaedics, cancer care, spinal surgery, endoscopy, aged care, general surgery and obstetrics.

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Enrolled Nurses to join our Theatre and Recovery team on a casual basis. The successful candidates must be committed to the provision of a high level of customer service and quality health care in a team environment.

As a member of our theatre team, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Clinical Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to our patients throughout their procedures.

About You

You are a motivated and confident Enrolled Nurse who takes pride in delivering exceptional care. Your calm, solution-focused approach allows you to navigate challenges with professionalism, and you thrive as part of a collaborative team.

You will also bring the following:

• Current nursing registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse
• Medication endorsed and IV Qualified
• Minimum of 2 years recent (postgraduate) nursing experience in a theatre setting is essential
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Additional Information
