Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to drive B2B business development in Hong Kong, focusing on large enterprise customers. You will own the full sales cycle for strategic accounts—building pipeline, creating executive-level relationships, and converting opportunities into revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive new business development for large enterprise accounts in Hong Kong

  • Prospect, qualify, and build a targeted pipeline (CRM-driven)

  • Conduct executive presentations and C-level stakeholder engagement

  • Lead RFP/RFQ processes and enterprise deal cycles (solution positioning, commercials, contracting)

  • Develop account strategies, multi-thread stakeholders, and manage long sales cycles

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Solutions, Customer Success, Presales) to deliver tailored proposals

  • Track KPIs, forecast accurately, and report progress to leadership

  • Identify market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to shape sales strategy

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Enterprise B2B sales / business development (targeting large organizations)

  • Strong track record of revenue attainment (new logo and/or expansion preferred)

  • Experience selling complex B2B solutions into enterprises (consultative selling)

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable with senior stakeholders

  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline using CRM tools

  • Ability to manage multiple deals and longer enterprise sales cycles

  • Hong Kong market experience is preferred
