Role Overview:

This role is pivotal to lead end-to-end regional GTM execution, combining strategic revenue leadership with structured operational governance to deliver predictable, sustainable growth.

About the Role

As an Enterprise Lead, you will provide strategic leadership for enterprise-wide initiatives and drive transformation, operational excellence, and business outcomes across the organization.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing large teams across multiple locations in India.
• Defining and executing enterprise strategies aligned with business and organizational objectives.
• Driving complex, enterprise-scale programs and initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Partnering with senior leadership, business stakeholders, technology teams, security teams, and external partners.
• Building a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
• Developing and executing governance frameworks, operating models, and performance metrics.
• Identifying and mitigating enterprise-level risks, dependencies, and challenges.
• Driving continuous improvement, process optimization, and organizational transformation.

About You

• You bring 20+ years of overall professional experience, with a strong track record in enterprise leadership.
• You have significant experience in Cyber Security / Information Security, with a strong understanding of enterprise security, technology, risk, and governance.
• You have a proven track record of leading large, geographically distributed teams across India.
• You are an accomplished people leader who can build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams and future leaders.
• You have experience working with senior leadership and C-level stakeholders, with the ability to influence and drive decisions at an enterprise level.
• You have successfully led large-scale, complex, multi-functional and multi-location programs.
• You possess strong strategic thinking, business acumen, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• You are an excellent communicator with the ability to engage effectively with business, technology, security, and external stakeholders.
• You have a strong understanding of enterprise governance, risk management, operational excellence, and transformation.
• Experience in areas such as Cyber Security Strategy, Security Operations, Cloud Security, IAM, Data Security, Cyber Risk, Compliance, or Security Architecture will be highly valued.
• Experience in a large global organization, technology company, consulting firm, or system integrator is preferred.

• Managing senior stakeholder expectations and providing clear, executive-level communication on progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Ensuring effective delivery across multiple functions, teams, and locations.
• Leveraging your Cyber Security expertise to strengthen enterprise security posture, risk management, and resilience.
• Building and scaling leadership capabilities within the organization and ensuring succession readiness.
