Schedule: Full-Time. 8:30am-4:30pm; Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the development, planning, implementation, and the execution of the activities for residents
• Assisting the development of the monthly calendar, procuring performers, providing seminars, and maintaining the resident library
• Driving residents to events and assisting residents to enter and exit the community vehicle

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, we believe that you will; need the following experiences, strengths, and skills:

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, open mind, and desire to create a wonderful lifestyle for our residents
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Must have a valid driver's license, a clean motor vehicle record, and at least three (3) years of driving experience
• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, family members, and other team members
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional
• Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time
• Strong customer service skills are required
