Heritage Roofing & Construction is growing in the Oklahoma City & Surrounding areas and we are looking for motivated people to help homeowners restore their properties after hail and severe storms.

This is a field-based sales and project coordination role. You’ll meet homeowners, inspect roofs for potential damage, explain the restoration process, and help manage projects from the first conversation through completion.

No roofing experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support in the OKC market.

• Six-figure first-year earning potential

• Base pay, per-claim pay, and commission during a paid 90-day training program
• Uncapped commission after training

What You’ll Do

• Go door-to-door in storm-affected neighborhoods to meet homeowners and build your pipeline
• Inspect roofs for potential storm damage and document your findings
• Explain Heritage’s services and help homeowners understand the restoration process
• Support homeowners through the claim and repair process
• Coordinate roofing projects and provide clear updates from start to finish
• Build lasting relationships and earn referrals through excellent service

What We’re Looking For

You may be a great fit if you’re self-motivated, comfortable starting conversations, open to coaching, and ready for active work outdoors. Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, athletics, military service, or entrepreneurship can help, but it isn’t required.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Pickup truck, or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire
• Comfort with heights and performing roof inspections
• Willingness to prospect in the field and work directly with homeowners
