About the role
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out various payroll activities. You will ensure accurate and timely salary processing, manage payslips, tax returns, and payroll-related functions. You will work closely with HR and Finance to ensure that employees are paid correctly and on time.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees
• Manage payslips and reports as required by HR and Finance
• Process new hires, terminations, and employment changes
• Resolve payroll-related queries or issues from employees

What you bring

• Experience in payroll, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of employment law and taxation affecting payroll
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in both Dutch and English, written and spoken

Preferred experience

• Experience with automated payroll systems
• Experience in an international work environment
• Certifications in payroll or an HR-related field
