This role installs payment systems (coin mechanism, bill validator, and cashless reader), verifies refrigeration performance through defrost-cycle testing, and performs full quality control inspections to ensure every machine meets VendTech’s operational standards.
In addition, this role plays an active part in ROC logistics — assisting with inbound and outbound shipments, supporting pickup and delivery scheduling, and safely moving equipment as needed. Work hours may vary to align with delivery schedules, operator pickups, or container arrivals.
The position combines mechanical skill, quality focus, and logistical awareness — ensuring each machine is deployment-ready, properly documented, and prepared for field success.
Key Responsibilities

- Run refrigeration qualification testing, including full defrost cycles, temperature logging, and documentation of results.
- Conduct functional and visual QC checks on lighting, vend motors, product delivery systems, labeling, and user interfaces.
- Complete the full VendTech Quality Management Program (QMP) checklist for all outbound machines.
- Record test results, temperature data, and QC documentation in ZOHO or other assigned systems.
- Stage, package, and prepare machines for shipment to operators or distribution partners.

- Support inbound and outbound logistics — assist with truck loading/unloading, operator pickups, and deliveries as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized staging and readiness area separating received, in-process, and deployment-ready machines.
- Be available for variable work hours to support logistics schedules and ensure on-time equipment delivery.
- Report and correct any equipment or configuration issues identified during inspection.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects related to quality, efficiency, and logistics coordination
