ERP Developer
Weston - Florida, USA | Full-time | Onsite
About Ontic Weston
Weston is Ontic's newest site and an important part of the next stage of our growth in the US.
Acquired in 2026, the 100,000 sq ft facility will become a dedicated Original Equipment production site, complementing our MRO Center of Excellence in nearby Miramar. Together, our two South Florida locations give Ontic the space and capability to continue expanding as customer demand grows.
Joining Weston at this stage means more than joining a new facility. You'll have the opportunity to help build it - shaping teams, ways of working and culture as we prepare the site for operations in 2027. If you're energised by growth, change and the chance to create something from the ground up, this is a rare opportunity to do exactly that.
The opportunity
We're looking for an ERP Developer to design, develop, enhance and support our ERP applications, with a particular focus on Infor SyteLine and Infor OS.
You'll develop customisations, integrations, reports and technical solutions that support business needs across manufacturing and enterprise functions. Working with business users, functional teams, project managers, IT colleagues and external partners, you'll translate requirements into reliable and maintainable ERP solutions.
You'll also support ERP upgrades, migrations and continuous improvement, helping ensure technical solutions are documented, tested and deployed in line with company standards.
What you'll be doing
- Design, develop and maintain applications, reports, interfaces, screens, forms, dashboards and workflows for SyteLine and Infor OS.
- Translate agreed business requirements into technical specifications and ERP solutions, working with functional analysts and business stakeholders.
- Develop and support integrations between ERP and enterprise applications using APIs, web services and middleware.
- Create and maintain SQL queries, views, stored procedures, data routines, triggers and batch processes to support reporting, data exchange and system functionality.
- Support ERP implementations, upgrades, migrations and feature releases through development, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
- Investigate and resolve ERP defects, integration failures, performance issues and data inconsistencies.
- Follow the software development lifecycle and identify opportunities to improve automation, usability and performance.
What you'll bring
- At least three years of experience as an ERP Developer or in a comparable applications development role.
- Practical development experience with SyteLine, including customisation, scripting, reporting or integration work.
- Strong Microsoft SQL Server skills, including complex queries, views, stored procedures and controlled data manipulation.
- Experience developing and supporting APIs, web services and integrations with third-party enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of development technologies such as C#, .NET and JavaScript, with strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting ERP projects, upgrades or deployments, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with business users, IT teams and external vendors.
- Desirable: Experience with Infor OS, Crystal Reports or SSRS, cloud ERP, Jira, Git or other version-control tools, Agile delivery, or manufacturing, finance, supply-chain or inventory processes. Relevant SyteLine, Infor OS or associated technology training or certification is also desirable.
