ERP Officer - Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an experienced ERP Officer to manage ERP system entries, generate reports, and coordinate with various departments to ensure data accuracy. The candidate will support process optimization and information management across the plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain ERP system entries for production, inventory, and procurement

• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management

• Coordinate with departments to ensure data accuracy

• Identify and resolve discrepancies in ERP data

• Support ERP implementation and updates

• Provide guidance to users on ERP system usage

• Maintain documentation and logs of ERP activities

• Ensure compliance with IT and company policies

Requirements

4. Bachelor’s Degree in IT / BBA / Engineering (Mandatory)

5. ERP System Certification (SAP / Oracle / Other) (Mandatory)

6. Minimum 5 years of experience managing ERP systems in an industrial/manufacturing environment

7. Strong knowledge of ERP modules, reports, and data management

8. Good communication and coordination skills

9. Problem-solving and analytical skills

10. Salary: SAR 4,000 – 4,500 + FAT (Food, Accommodation & Transportation)
