The Position
- Gestão de Projetos: Planejar, estruturar e executar projetos de inovação em colaboração com diversas áreas internas.
- Cultura e IA: Liderar e implementar planos de ação focados na cultura de inovação e no uso de inteligência artificial.
- Facilitação de Workshops: Organizar e facilitar workshops baseados na metodologia de inovação da Roche (aprendizagem, ideação, conceituação e prototipação) para clientes internos.
- Rotina Administrativa: Gerenciar atividades administrativas do setor, incluindo requisições de compras e relacionamento com fornecedores.
- Comunicação Interna: Auxiliar na criação de conteúdos e campanhas de comunicação interna voltados para inovação.
- Formação: Cursando graduação nas áreas de Administração, Engenharias, Comunicação, Design ou Marketing.
- Disponibilidade: Contrato de estágio de, no mínimo, 1 ano e meio (formação a partir de junho de 2029).
- Experiência e Interesses: Vivência em gestão de projetos, processos de inovação ou transformação digital, com conhecimento ou forte interesse em aplicações de inteligência artificial e metodologias de inovação.
- Habilidades Interpessoais: Excelentes habilidades de comunicação para criar conteúdos envolventes e colaborar com diferentes áreas.
- Organização: Capacidade para gerenciar rotinas administrativas, processos de compras e fornecedores de forma eficiente.
- Idiomas e Ferramentas: Inglês intermediário; conhecimentos básicos em Excel e PowerPoint.
