Key Responsibilities
- Supports the development of toolkits and playbooks for the Regions: builds versions and maintains the regional playbooks, launch kits and assets libraries.
- Work with the agencies to support the preparation of and approvals of assets for various marketing materials (sell sheets, banners, videos, doctors´ one-pagers).
- Support the team in the development of dashboards, adoption reports and post-launch reviews.
- Support the team in the control of OPEX expenses, ensuring spending and accruals according to quarterly goals.
- Supports Sales Training on training decks preparation.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Undergraduate student from Business Administration, Marketing or Communication.
- Proactive and analytical skills are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook is required.
- Strong communication skills and organization/ attention to details.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
