About the Role
This position centers on client relationships and communication. You’ll be a key point of contact throughout the estate planning process: coordinating signing appointments, working with clients’ other advisors, and making sure every client has a smooth, positive experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate and conduct signing appointments for wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the estate planning process
- Communicate with financial advisors, wealth managers, accountants, and other professionals
- Schedule meetings and follow-ups, and keep client matters moving on schedule
- Track matter status and maintain organized, current client files
- Assist attorneys with document preparation, proofreading, and review
- Respond promptly to client inquiries with professionalism and warmth
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a law firm, financial services, wealth management, banking, or another professional client-facing role (preferred)
- Paralegal certificate, associate’s or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with clients, attorneys, and outside professionals
- A professional, compassionate, service-oriented approach
- Estate planning experience is a plus but not required—we’re glad to train the right person

Compensation & Benefits
- $48,000–$52,000 annually, commensurate with experience
- Flexible schedule—hybrid, with two days a week in our Louisville office
