Esthetician - Aliée Istanbul

Aliée, the flagship luxury lifestyle hotel within the breathtaking Tersane Istanbul, is seeking an intuitive and detail-oriented “Esthetician” to elevate the wellness journey within our sanctuary spa.

As an Aliée “ Esthetician”, you are an essential part of our spa experience and a guardian of our guests’ comfort and renewal. From delivering bespoke skincare and beauty treatments to intuitively anticipating guest needs, you will ensure every interaction embodies the elegance, precision, and sensory identity of Aliée.

• Deliver personalized facial and skincare treatments in line with luxury hospitality standards
• Perform advanced skincare applications including Hydrafacial treatments and tailored beauty therapies
• Provide professional consultations and recommend suitable skincare products and wellness programs
• Ensure all treatment rooms, equipment, and spa areas maintain impeccable hygiene and presentation standards
• Build strong guest relationships through intuitive service and attention to detail
• Anticipate guest preferences and create a calming, luxurious, and personalized spa experience
• Support retail sales initiatives through confident product knowledge and recommendations
• Collaborate closely with the Spa and Wellness team to ensure seamless daily operations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury hotels, wellness centers, or premium spas
• Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, facial therapies, and beauty applications
• Experience with Hydrafacial and/or Biologique Recherche is highly preferred
• Relevant esthetician or beauty therapy certifications
• Excellent grooming, communication, and guest engagement skills
• Passion for wellness, luxury service, and personalized guest care
• Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong attention to detail
