Gerber Collision & Glass is looking for an exceptional Estimator Apprentice to join our winning team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, hard working, quality minded Technician who is looking to make good money and be respected at work.

The entry-level Estimator works with an experienced Estimator to prepare estimates to repair pre-accident condition, outlining the tasks on the written repair order. The entry-level Technician is part of the team in meeting our commitments for repair quality, repair efficiency, and customer satisfaction. At the same time, the apprentice gains experience and professional career skills.

Qualifications

• Must possess excellent communication skills.

• Must be able to use computer screen and keyboard for long periods of time.

• Must be able to walk, stand, stoop, kneel or crouch in providing an accurate estimate of a vehicle’s damage.

• Must possess clear vision in providing an accurate estimate of a vehicle’s damage.

• Should possess good decision making ability and sound judgment.

• Prior customer service experience

• Must be detail-oriented.
