- Technische Bewertung und Interpretation von Konstruktionszeichnungen als Basis für eine präzise Produktionsplanung
- Strukturierte Anlage und Pflege von Baugruppen, Artikeln und Stücklisten im ERP-System
- Analyse, Kalkulation und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Produktionszeiten und -prozessen
- Erstellung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Fertigungsaufträgen
- Terminplanung und -koordination zur Sicherstellung einer zuverlässigen Auftragsabwicklung
- Organisation des Versands, inklusive Erstellung von Verladeaufträgen und Begleitdokumenten
- Durchführung von Make-or-Buy-Analysen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Einkauf
- Soll-Ist-Vergleiche sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
Qualifikation
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung
- Erfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung, Produktionsplanung oder Fertigungssteuerung
- Begeisterung und Eigeninitiative bei der Umsetzung von anspruchsvollen technischen Lösungen
- Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
