We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide thoughtful, resident-centered care and support. Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.

Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to residents.

Encourage residents' independence while ensuring their safety and comfort.

Assist with daily routines and activities that promote wellness and quality of life

Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.

Communicate professionally and respectfully with residents, families, and staff.

Observe and report any changes in residents' needs or well-being to the appropriate team members.

Qualifications:

Completion of applicable training courses

Compassionate, patient, and caring approach when working with seniors.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to provide respectful, person-centered care.

Dependable and committed to creating a positive resident experience.

Shift:

2:00pm-10:00pm, Two days a week and every other weekend.
