Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and energetic Event Setup Assistant to support the preparation and execution of promotional events and customer-focused activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working with a team, organizing event areas, and helping create professional and welcoming experiences for attendees.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up event areas, displays, tables, and promotional materials.
• Help organize products, signage, and promotional displays.
• Assist with transporting and arranging event materials as needed.
• Welcome attendees and provide basic assistance during events.
• Support product presentations and promotional activities.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional event environment.
• Assist with event operations throughout the day.
• Help restock promotional materials and supplies as needed.
• Assist with event breakdown and organizing materials after events.
• Communicate supply or setup needs to team members.
• Support customer engagement and promotional activities.
• Work closely with team members to ensure events run smoothly.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Comfortable performing hands-on and physical tasks.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move event materials safely.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous event, retail, hospitality, customer service, or setup experience is a plus but not required.
