Lumina Agency INC is seeking motivated Event Setup Staff to join our team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. In this role, you will help prepare venues for a variety of events by setting up equipment, organizing event spaces, and ensuring everything is ready before guests arrive.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, teamwork, and being part of dynamic event operations.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables, chairs, staging, signage, and event equipment.
• Prepare venues according to event layouts and specifications.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing event materials.
• Ensure event areas remain clean, organized, and presentable.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet setup deadlines.
• Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Assist with event breakdown and venue restoration after events.
• Provide professional support to ensure successful event execution.
