Events & Environments Specialist

Fellowship Bible Church (FBC) is looking for a highly motivated, dependable, and team-oriented individual to join our Events & Environment team as a full-time Events & Environments Specialist. This hands-on role helps ensure our campuses are clean, welcoming, well-maintained, and ready for worship, events, and ministry throughout the week. Responsibilities include daily and weekly janitorial tasks, event setups and teardowns, and facility upkeep. This is an active position requiring the ability to lift to 50 lbs. and spend a significant amount of time on your feet. A flexible schedule is important, as some evening, weekend, and special event shifts will be required. We are looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, proactive, detail-oriented, communicates well, and takes initiative.
